Product description

Published context, clearly separated from lot claims.

A technical catalog should make the chemical record, relevant experimental literature and product-specific documentation independently reviewable.

TB-500 is an acetylated heptapeptide corresponding to amino-acid residues 17–23 of thymosin β4, an actin-sequestering peptide. Distinguishing this fragment from full-length thymosin β4 is essential for identity, formula, mass and literature interpretation.

Published research reported inhibition of PDGF-BB-stimulated hepatic stellate-cell proliferation and migration at 10 ng/mL. A separate mouse study evaluated topical TB-500 in a skin-wound model. These are experimental observations and are not administration guidance.

Selected published findings

  • Corresponds to the actin-binding-domain region of thymosin β4.
  • Inhibited PDGF-BB-stimulated hepatic stellate-cell proliferation and migration in a published cellular study.
  • Was evaluated in a non-clinical mouse skin-wound model.
