Retatrutide (LY3437943) is a 39-residue modified peptide studied as a triple agonist of the glucagon receptor (GCGR), glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor (GLP-1R) and glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide receptor (GIPR). Published receptor studies used human receptor-expressing HEK293 systems to characterize cAMP signaling.

In those cellular assays, reported EC50 values were 5.79 nM at GCGR, 0.775 nM at GLP-1R and 0.0643 nM at GIPR. Separate non-clinical mouse studies evaluated glucose tolerance, gastric emptying and metabolic endpoints. These observations describe the cited studies, not a specification or expected result for this lot.
