Shipping standardEligibility, cutoff times, packaging and carrier service are confirmed in the accepted order record.
Stocked materials

Same-business-day processing

Eligible, accepted orders received before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time Monday–Friday are ordinarily processed the same business day, excluding holidays and documented exceptions.

Carrier service

Second-day air

Eligible domestic street-address shipments ordinarily use second-business-day air service. Carrier performance and weather are outside the shipper’s control.

P.O. boxes

USPS exception

Orders to P.O. boxes require a postal-service method and may not qualify for the same service level or temperature-controlled route.

Temperature-sensitive materials

Packaging, refrigerant and carrier service should follow the approved material-handling plan. Delivery timing, receipt inspection and storage instructions belong in the order acknowledgement and lot documentation. Customers should report visible damage or temperature concerns promptly and retain all packaging for review.

Returns and discrepancies

Research materials should not be returned without written authorization. Because identity, storage history and chain of custody matter, opened, used, temperature-exposed or improperly stored material may be ineligible for return. Claims should include order number, catalog number, lot, delivery date, photographs and a description of the discrepancy.

International and restricted destinations

Availability depends on export controls, sanctions, import requirements, carrier capability and the approved intended use. A quotation or order acknowledgement should not be treated as an assurance that a shipment may lawfully enter every destination.
