Product description
A technical catalog should make the chemical record, relevant experimental literature and product-specific documentation independently reviewable.
Ipamorelin (NNC 26-0161) is a synthetic pentapeptide growth-hormone secretagogue. Published receptor studies characterize binding and signaling at growth-hormone secretagogue receptor 1a (GHS-R1a), along with growth-hormone release in primary rat pituitary cells.
Reported values include a Ki of 63.4 nM in GHS-R1a-expressing COS-7 cells, an IP3-accumulation EC50 of 46.9 nM in receptor-expressing BHK cells and a growth-hormone-release EC50 of 1.3 nM in primary rat pituitary cells. Assay design and material form can affect observed values.
Literature interpretation: This summary describes published experimental literature and is not a lot specification, clinical claim, use instruction or representation that the supplied research material will reproduce a published result. This record intentionally excludes dosing, administration, clinical outcomes, patient eligibility and therapeutic comparisons.
